He's currently the presenter of Associated Press TV's weekly programme "Entertainment Now!", and a continuity announcer for British Forces TV.
Over the last ten years he's been a regular presenter for Bid TV, Thomas Cook TV, ITV Play, Challenge, LBC, Virgin Media, Sky, Somethin' Else and Markettiers4DC.
He's as comfortable in studio as on outside broadcasts. He can sight read and talk to time, and he's had a lot of experience using autocue both in and out of the studio environment on a variety of programmes.
Mark spent two years presenting for ITV Play across a series of games and quiz shows, most notably on Play DJ. Mark's experience in game shows doesn't end there - he was also the main continuity voice for Challenge TV for nearly ten years, writing, researching and presenting material about the best loved gameshows in Britain. He also presented bingo and roulette style games for Avago, and has presented pilots for a number of student quiz TV shows. He was also the voiceover on Sky 1's 2013 "You and Whose Army" pilot for Zeppotron.
In the last five years Mark's also taken responsibility for training new presenters for various channels, both for on screen appearances and for voiceover. This is partly due to his experience in managing teams of presenters and producers when he was DP for TV Jobshop. He's also been a producer for programmes at Thomas Cook TV including documentaries about popular holiday spots for weekday and evening transmission.
Of course, Mark's not just a TV presenter, he's a highly experienced voiceover artist. His voice is described as British English, RP, warm, friendly, BBC style, with no discernible accent. He's as comfortable with a high paced sales script, as a slow, sensual M&S commercial!
He lives in Berkshire with easy access to London studios, but also has a home sound studio and can deliver broadcast quality.
Mark's commercial clients have included:
Landrover, Wickes, Thomas Cook, RTL, Sega, Phillips, Challenge TV, Living TV, Price Drop TV, JMC Airlines, Southern Electric, Southern Water, Auto Trader, Donnington Park, Mortgage Direct, Global Radio, Ministry of Defence, ITN, Automobile Association, Chrysalis, Exchange & Mart, Doncaster Racecourse, British Forces TV, Eurosport and many more!
On the radio, in the last few years Mark's been a presenter on London's LBC, including filling in on "The Big Quiz" and "Clive Bull" programmes. He was also a launch presenter for Radio Music Shop, produced by Somethin' Else. Credits also include reporter for "In Touch" (BBC Radio Four) and presenter of a nightly current affairs programme for LBC, presenter of News Bulletins for LBC News 1152, and travel reporter for AA Roadwatch, as well as presenting for various independent station across the Midlands and South.
